Dr. Menon is the BEST dentist I have ever seen. I hadn’t been to a dentist in six years, due to my extreme fear of them. I had, had a horrible experience with my last dentist and tried my best to avoid dentists in general for years afterward. It wasn’t until I broke a tooth that I was forced to make an appointment. I sat in the waiting room in tears, filled with dread. The dental assistant was so comforting. And Dr. Menon repaired my broken tooth with ZERO pain. For the first time ever, I didn’t even feel the needles go in, for the anesthetic. WOW. Finally, a competent dentist! I am actually looking forward to my next appointment!!.
10 Stars! I fell in LOVE with Smiles Dental Spa. It is a very clean, organized and family feeling office. Dr. Menon and her fantastic team were so gentle and took excellent care of me during my procedure. I felt no pain. It was such a relief to have a team that cared so much about their patient. Everything was explained in full detail and they answered all of my questions. Dr. Menon is the best Dentist I have ever had. I can actually say I had fun at the Dentist. I am referring everyone I know to Dr. Menon and team.

I was in dire need of some serious dental work. I chose this dental office from the list of dentists provided by my insurance provider, mostly because “spa” is in their name, and I’ve never looked back since. They are the most accommodating, kind, and understanding dental office with which I have ever dealt. I tend to get anxious whenever I need work done on my teeth and Smiles Dental Spa will do anything in their power to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to keep me calm. Now, I continue to get my work done here because of the awesome staff, knowledgable and diligent dentist, caring dental assistants, and the modern tools and gadgets used during the whole process (including flat screens on retractable arms and wireless headsets). I love this office and I consider myself lucky to have selected them as my dental care team!
First visit today. Very nice atmosphere, found the dentist to be very friendly. She explained everything in detail. The office staff was awesome. Very happy that they accepted my insurance plans and I have little out of pocket expense. Definitely recommend Smiles Dental Spa in Tracy, CA.

Glad I decided to visit Dr. Shirley Zhao. I was professionally advised that I needed an extraction, and an implant. The day I went in to see Dr. Zhao, X-rays were taken, and Dr. Zhao assessed my situation. Dr. Zhao not only safes my tooth, but also my wallet! Everything was done on the same day of my visit. From the root canal, to the impressions. Dr. Zhao and her staff made it a very painless visit.
